About the Role
Legal Associate Company is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Marketing Manager / Marketing Clerk to support business development, client acquisition, marketing activities, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, marketing knowledge, and basic office management abilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
- Promote the company's legal and professional services through online and offline marketing channels.
- Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain marketing records.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Administrative / Clerk Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Perform data entry and database management tasks.
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and official communications.
- Organize client information and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist management in administrative and operational functions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other office documents as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email Communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Administrative Work.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Experience in Legal, Consultancy, Real Estate, Insurance, or Service Sector Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
