Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Gurgaon and Noida. The ideal candidate will provide a range of therapeutic and relaxation treatments while ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of spa treatments including massages, body therapies, and basic skincare services
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable therapies
- Ensure a relaxing and professional environment for clients
- Follow spa protocols, safety standards, and service guidelines
- Manage appointments and assist in client scheduling when required
- Upsell spa products and services where appropriate
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of spa therapies and wellness treatments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in shifts and weekends
- Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field (preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome
- Female/Male candidates both can apply
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives
