*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
*Lead, manage, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
*Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure their achievement.
*Generate new leads and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
*Handle property inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and customer follow-ups.
*Take responsibility for achieving overall sales and business-development objectives.
