Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, super stockists, and channel partners to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
- Maintain and update distributor, super stockist, customer, and sales records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in onboarding new distributors and super stockists, including documentation, agreements, and internal coordination.
- Coordinate with the SCM, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
- Track order status, stock availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, reviews, presentations, and business discussions with distributors, super stockists, and sales teams.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, distributor performance reports, sales forecasts, and other business-related reports as required.
- Support the sales team in the implementation of trade schemes, promotions, market activations, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with distributors and super stockists to address routine operational queries and coordinate issue resolution.
- Monitor sales orders, collections follow-ups, pending deliveries, and operational requirements in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, SCM, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
- Maintain proper records of agreements, distributor documentation, sales correspondence, and related business documents.
- Assist management with data analysis, sales tracking, and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Distribution Management, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Channel Development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel when required.

- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or sales support functions.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
