We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media & Content Executive who can independently manage social media execution for Studio Underground as well as client accounts.
Position Overview
The Social Media & Content Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, designing, publishing, and managing digital content across multiple social media platforms.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can independently create creatives, design posts, write captions, schedule content, and ensure smooth day-to-day social media operations.
The ideal candidate should be creative, platform-savvy, visually strong, and capable of handling complete social media execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content Execution
Design and create social media posts, stories, reels, and carousels
Develop platform-ready creatives using design tools
Edit short-form video content for reels and social media campaigns
Write engaging captions and post copy
Publish and schedule content across platforms
Creative Designing
Create graphics, social media creatives, and campaign assets independently
Design brand-consistent posts for different clients and industries
Adapt visual content according to platform Requirements
Social Media Operations
Manage daily execution across:
Instagram
LinkedIn
Facebook
YouTube
Responsibilities include:
Posting and scheduling content
Maintaining posting consistency
Managing basic audience engagement
Monitoring content performance
Execution for Client Accounts
Execute social media content for Studio Underground and external clients
Maintain different brand tones and visual identities
Deliver creatives and content as per client timelines
Coordination
Coordinate with video editors and internal creative teams when required
Gather project updates and convert them into digital content
Ensure timely execution of all assigned content tasks
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track basic social media performance metrics
Share weekly/monthly account performance updates
Monitor audience growth and engagement trends
Suggest improvements based on performance insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Proficiency in:
Canva
Meta Business Suite
Basic video editing tools / reel editing software
Social media scheduling tools
Good working knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro (basic)
