Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ERPNext for manufacturing operations.
- Configure Manufacturing modules including:
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Work Orders
- Job Cards
- Production Planning
- Purchase Orders
- Purchase Receipts
- Purchase Invoices
- Configure Sales:
- Quotations
- Sales Orders
- Delivery Notes
- Sales Invoices
- Configure Quality Management:
- Quality Inspection
- Quality Templates
- Rejection & Scrap Process
- Configure Accounting:
- GST
- Chart of Accounts
- Payment Entries
- Bank Reconciliation
- Financial Reports
- Understand manufacturing processes and convert business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and SOPs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Train end users.
- Provide Go-Live and Post Go-Live Support.
- Coordinate with technical developers for customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide timely solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ERPNext.
- Good knowledge of the Frappe Framework.
- Manufacturing process knowledge.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management.
- BOM & Production Planning.
- Batch & Serial Number Management.
- Quality Control.
- Procurement & Supply Chain.
- Sales & CRM.
- Finance & Accounting.
- GST knowledge.
- Data Import & Data Migration.
- User Training & Documentation.
- Report & Print Format Customization.
- API & Third-Party Integration (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
- ERPNext Certification (Preferred).
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
