We are hiring Senior Software Engineer : 3-3.5 years of experience
1. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
2. React.js (Hooks, Context API, component architecture), React Router
3. State management (Redux / Context API), React Query
4. Reusable components, Form handling (React Hook Form / Formik)
5. Responsive UI design
6. CRM / ERP dashboard development
7. Role-based access control
8. Scalable frontend architecture
9. Performance optimization (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting)
10. Backend integration
11. Pagination, caching, error handling strategies
12. Git & GitHub
13. Deployment knowledge, CI/CD basics
14. Experience in ERP and mobile applications
15. Production debugging and optimization
