Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and professional Calling Executive to support our US-based clients by making outbound and follow-up calls on their behalf. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain accurate records of interactions and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls on behalf of US clients to support their business operations.s.
- Communicate professionally with customers, prospects, and business contacts.
- Gather and record relevant information during calls.
- Schedule appointments, conduct follow-ups, and update client records as required.
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports detailing calls made, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Ensure all communications align with client requirements and company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Neutral accent and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet applications.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Work Schedule. Night Shift
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Tuesday to Friday: Work from Office
- Saturday: Work from Home
- Sunday & Monday: Weekly Off
