We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage customer interactions and sales at our store. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, understand their requirements, explain products effectively, and help them choose the right tools for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Our products, features, applications and pricing to customers.
- Recommend suitable tools based on customer needs.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned store sales targets.
- Handle product demonstrations and answer customer queries.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders when required.
- Coordinate with the store team for product availability and order fulfilment.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is presentable.
- Keep track of customer enquiries and follow up on potential sales.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain basic sales and customer records.
- Stay updated about new products, offers and product specifications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Education:
Experience:
- Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
