Legal Counsel – Full Time Company: AAY Collective Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Counsel to join our team full-time. The role involves providing legal support across contracts, compliance, dispute resolution, and business operations. Candidates with strong legal fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents. - Prepare and respond to legal notices. - Advise management on legal matters and risk mitigation. - Ensure compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. - Coordinate with external advocates and government authorities when required. - Maintain legal records and documentation. - Support management with legal research and policy development. Qualifications - LL.B. from a recognized university. - Enrolled with a State Bar Council. - 1–5 years of legal experience preferred. - Strong drafting, research, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency in English and Telugu.
