Job Summary
We are hiring Transport Operations Executive to oversee daily transportation and fleet operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry and possess strong operational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. The role involves ensuring smooth fleet movement, coordinating with drivers and clients, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day transportation and fleet operations.
- Coordinate vehicle deployment, trip scheduling, and route planning.
- Liaise with drivers, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, trip status, and operational performance.
- Maintain records related to vehicle movements, trip sheets, fuel consumption, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Handle operational issues and resolve day-to-day challenges promptly.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet availability.
- Support the management team in improving operational efficiency and service quality.
- Perform any other transportation and logistics-related duties assigned by the management.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry.
- Hands-on experience in fleet management and transportation operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email handling, and computer operations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities.
- Candidates residing near Bijoynagar will be preferred.
- Candidates from other locations must be willing to relocate.
