We are having a Premium resort in Wayanad and we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join our Front Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing room reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage Room Reservations: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and online booking systems.
· Respond to Guest Inquiries: Provide prompt and accurate responses to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services.
· Ensure Accurate Booking Information: Verify guest information, room assignments, and special requests to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
· Maintain Reservation Record :Keep accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
· Coordinate with Front Office Team :Work closely with the front office team to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and resolve any guest issues.
· Stay updated with the hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
· Handle bookings from OTA platforms and update availability as needed. Work with the hotel Channel Manager to ensure real-time rate and inventory updates.
Requirements:
· Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a similar role.
· Familiarity with OTA platforms and hotel channel management systems.
· Strong communication skills (verbal) in English & Hindi and any 01 regional language
· Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email handling, and basic computer operations.
· Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
