Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed interior design drawings and plans using AutoCAD(working drawing drawings).
Develop high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations using SketchUp ,Revit and Photoshop.
Ensure drawings meet all technical specifications and client requirements.
Ensure all MEP components are accurately represented in the plans.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Identify and resolve any on-site issues related to the interior design.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings.
Assist in client meetings to present design concepts and updates.
Address client feedback and incorporate changes into the design.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed drafting.
Skilled in MS Office for documentation and communication.
Expertise in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.
Proficiency in Photoshop for rendering and presentations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
