Job Summary:
Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Engineer with 2+ years of experience to ensure product quality and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and records
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Assist in process audits and quality improvement activities
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality concerns
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
- Understanding of Control Plans and PPAP documentation
- Familiarity with 8QC tools and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection reports
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
