Job Title: R&D Engineer (UPS / Power Backup Systems)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated R&D Engineer with hands-on experience in UPS power backup systems, stabilizers, and inverters. The candidate will be responsible for product development, testing, and improvement of existing power solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop UPS, inverter, and stabilizer systems.
- Analyze product performance and suggest improvements.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks on power backup products.
- Work closely with the production and technical teams for product enhancement.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in power electronics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of UPS systems, inverters, and stabilizers.
- Understanding of circuit design, power electronics, and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in product testing and development.
- Knowledge of PCB design and electrical components.
