About Haus of Bars
Haus of Bars is India’s leading D2C brand in the home bar and
grills space. We design premium home bars, electric tandoors,
and innovative cooking appliances for modern homes.
We’re building a strong in-house content engine to scale our
brand across digital platforms.
What This Role Is Really About
This is not a “posting” job.
This role is about building a sharp, aspirational, high-
engagement brand presence across platforms—especially
Instagram.
If you understand what makes content stop the scroll, you’ll do
well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow our social media platforms:
- Instagram (primary)
- Facebook
- YouTube (short-form focus)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Shoot and create content (reels, stories, product
videos, lifestyle content)
- Write strong captions that reflect brand voice
- Work with internal team to conceptualize content
ideas
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to the brand
- Coordinate with designers/editors (or do basic edits
yourself)
- Track performance:
- Engagement rate
- Reach
- Follower growth
- Engage with audience (comments, DMs)
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of social media/content experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram-first content
- Good aesthetic sense and eye for premium content
- Ability to shoot content on phone (basic production
skills)
- Strong writing skills (captions, hooks, short-form
copy)
- Understanding of trends, reels, and viral formats
- Self-starter who can execute without constant
supervision
Big Plus If You Have
- Experience with D2C brands
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere
Pro, etc.)
- Experience working with influencers/UGC creators
- Understanding of brand storytelling

- “Just post and forget” mindset
