PARSH IMPEX Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide back-office support to a UK-based company, working on a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong English communication skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, and an interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Open, track, and manage support tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general administrative and back-office support tasks.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and stakeholders in English.
- Organise and maintain digital records and documentation.
- Use AI-powered tools to assist with research, data management, content drafting, and process improvement.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Support day-to-day operational requirements as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, formatting, and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, customer support, account administration, or back-office operations.
- Experience working with ticketing systems or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with UK business practices is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
