Position: Career Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Career Advisor to support our US Staffing team by guiding consultants, improving resumes, coordinating with recruiters, and helping candidates become market-ready for client opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and optimize consultant resumes according to client requirements and job descriptions
- Coordinate with recruiters to understand candidate profiles and opportunities
- Guide candidates on resume enhancement, interview preparation, and career positioning
- Maintain consultant databases and track candidate progress
- Work closely with Bench Sales and Recruiting teams for candidate marketing activities
- Analyze job requirements and suggest suitable opportunities for consultants
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to consultant activities
Requirements:
- Experience in US Staffing, recruitment, resume writing, or career counseling preferred
- Good understanding of US IT staffing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong resume reviewing and editing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
