Job Title: Sales & E-commerce Executive
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & E-commerce Executive who can manage business leads from platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, and local inquiries, while also handling online marketplace marketing and sales operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Pepperfry, Etsy, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to leads generated through IndiaMART, Justdial, WhatsApp, calls, and local inquiries.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor orders, customer inquiries, returns, and marketplace performance.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns on online marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely support.
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Pepperfry, Etsy, eBay, etc.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and sales leads professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling, internet usage).
- Knowledge of digital marketing or marketplace advertising is a plus.
Eligibility
- Candidates with experience in sales, lead handling, or e-commerce management are preferred.
- Freshers who are interested in sales and e-commerce marketing are also welcome to apply.
