Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Telecaller to manage customer relationships, handle follow-ups, maintain client data, and support sales coordination through calls and CRM software. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers and leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Follow up with clients regarding services, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for customer support.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up status.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and team-working ability.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
