We are looking a candidate who has relevant experience and good knowledge of both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
The key job responsibilities for this position are as follows:
1) Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant production, crushing machinery, and utilities.
2) Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, MCCs, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and control panels.
3) Ensure the smooth operation of utilities such as chillers, air compressors, RO plants, pumps, and DG sets.
4) Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
5) Plan and execute maintenance schedules for plant equipment and utilities.
6) Supervise technicians, electricians, and contractors during maintenance activities.
7) Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
8) Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
9) Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate procurement as required.
10) Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment and projects.
11) Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and annual maintenance activities.
12) Identify and implement improvement opportunities for reliability, efficiency, and energy conservation.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree.in Electrical Engineering.
Experience -
5–7 years of experience in electrical maintenance & mechanical maintenance of manufacturing, food processing, beverage, winery, or industrial plants.
Age bracket : 30-35 years.
Skills Required
1) Knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, and electrical panels.
2) Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation.
3) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4) Knowledge of electrical safety practices and statutory compliance.
5) Ability to lead a maintenance team and manage contractors.
6) Technical knowledge of various types of Pumps, Electric Motor, Boiler, Heat pump, Cooling systems, PHE, Centrifuge pumps, Filters, Bottling line, Carbonator, Lifts, Depalletizer, Solenoid valves, automation, conveyors, case packer etc.Please do the needful.
