We are looking for a dedicated CCTV Technician with 1 year of experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IP and Analog CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and troubleshoot IP and Analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and video management systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of CCTV equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure remote viewing, mobile access, and network settings.
- Install and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cables, power cables, and connectors.
- Maintain access control systems, biometric devices, and video door phones (preferred).
- Conduct site inspections and recommend surveillance solutions.
- Prepare service reports and maintain installation documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely service completion.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with IP and Analog CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of DVR, NVR, PoE switches, and networking fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, and router configuration.
- Experience in cable laying, crimping, and cable testing.
- Ability to diagnose and repair CCTV hardware issues.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel for field installations and support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as a CCTV Technician.
- Experience with brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, or similar.
- Knowledge of biometric attendance systems, access control, and intercom systems is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
