Job Title: South Indian Chef

Job Type: Shift-Based / Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Bonus: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 based on performance. Bonus will be provided only after completing 1 year of work.
Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, pongal, vada, poori, meals, chutneys, and sambar
- Maintaining consistent taste and food quality
- Preparing ingredients before cooking
- Managing kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Monitoring food stock and informing management about shortages
- Ensuring timely food preparation during busy hours
- Supporting other kitchen activities when required
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a South Indian Chef
- Must have good knowledge of South Indian cooking
- Male/Female can apply
- Must be hardworking and responsible
- Should be able to handle kitchen pressure
- Must be willing to work for at least 1 year
- Candidates from outside Villupuram must be willing to relocate/stay in Villupuram for the job.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
