Achyuta Public School is seeking a highly competent and passionate PGT Chemistry Teacher to handle Classes XI & XII. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, a result-oriented approach, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for senior secondary students, especially in board and competitive exam contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for Classes XI & XII in alignment with CBSE curriculum
- Develop structured lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessment tools
- Ensure strong conceptual clarity and application-based learning among students
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (JEE/NEET foundation)
- Conduct regular tests, analyze performance, and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain academic records, progress reports, and student performance data
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies, experiments, and digital tools into classroom delivery
- Support students with doubt clarification, remedial sessions, and mentorship
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in curriculum planning
- Maintain discipline, classroom engagement, and a positive learning environment
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry) with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- 5–7 years of teaching experience, specifically handling Classes XI & XII
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
- Experience in CBSE curriculum and board exam preparation
- Ability to connect concepts with real-life applications and competitive exam patterns
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies
- Strong analytical and student performance tracking ability
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
