Overview:
Ambedkar Academy is seeking an experienced TNPSC Trainer to provide high-quality mentorship, guidance, and academic support to our competitive exam aspirants. In this role, you will focus on clearing student doubts, tracking their preparation progress, and providing strategic guidance for both online and offline batches. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide personalized study strategies and preparation roadmaps for TNPSC Group 1, 2, and 4 exams.
- Doubt Clarification: Conduct dedicated live and offline sessions to resolve student doubts in your core subjects.
- Content Development: Design practice questions, mock tests, and review existing study materials for accuracy.
- Performance Tracking: Evaluate student test results, identify weak areas, and offer constructive feedback to improve scores.
- Student Motivation: Keep aspirants engaged, disciplined, and motivated throughout their long-term preparation cycle. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (Clearance of TNPSC Group 1/2 Prelims or Mains is highly preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of teaching or mentoring experience specifically for TNPSC exams.
- Core Expertise: Deep understanding of the TNPSC syllabus, latest exam patterns, and standard reference textbooks (Samacheer Kalvi).
- Languages: Fluent Tamil (mandatory for teaching/explanation) and professional English.
- Skills: Exceptional patience, clear communication, and the ability to break down complex topics easily. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
