We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wedding Sales Executive to generate, qualify, and convert leads for wedding . The ideal candidate will proactively identify prospective clients, respond to inquiries, conduct consultations, and support the sales process from the initial inquiry through booking. Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new wedding and event leads through online and offline channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and wedding portals.
- Qualify leads by understanding clients' event requirements, budget, guest count, and preferred dates.
- Schedule venue visits and client meetings.
- Present wedding packages, pricing, and venue features to prospective clients.
- Prepare and share customized proposals and quotations.
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, photographers, decorators, and other vendors to generate referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in wedding exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.
