We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with expertise in International Business Development and Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to drive growth through quality lead generation and solution selling.
Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including solution selling for Websites, Software, and Application Development services
Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets
Research new markets, growth areas, industry trends, and potential clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Generate and nurture leads to convert prospects into long-term clients
- Increase overall sales revenue and contribute to business growth
- Handle and support sales teams (for experienced candidates)
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytical insights for senior management
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience in the IT industry is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Clear speaking ability, professional email communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Good understanding of customers, competitors, and market trends
