Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring, sourcing strategies, client management, and team leadership.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions.
- Understand client requirements and prioritize hiring based on business needs.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate compensation, rates, and joining dates with candidates.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements while ensuring compliance with client guidelines.
- Track recruiter performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets are achieved.
- Prepare recruitment reports, MIS, and hiring dashboards for management.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
- Stay updated with the latest US IT technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, quality standards, and turnaround times.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
- Experience working in EST, CST, or PST shifts.
- Strong understanding of US employment types, tax terms, and visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, EAD).
