The Role
This role owns and grows the B2B side of the business and keeps the ecom office running day to day. B2B enquiries are currently coming in on their own; the immediate job is to manage the existing pipeline and convert that inbound properly, then build active outreach to grow this part of the business. It suits someone commercial who can close and account-manage now, and has the appetite to build the growth engine over time.
What You'll Own
B2B sales and account management (the core of the role)
● Manage the existing B2B pipeline and own every inbound enquiry end to end — understanding the client's need, pitching, quoting, closing, and seeing the order through to delivery.
● Coordinate with the lab and production on client requirements, samples, and timelines.
● Run and maintain the B2B CRM, keeping it current and accurate.
● As you settle in, build active outbound to grow B2B beyond what comes in on its own.
Office and operations
● Run the ecom office day to day, coordinating across the lab, retail store, and ecom.
● Manage vendors, records, and the routine admin and team coordination that keeps things moving.
What We're Looking For
● Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales and growth — ideally around a product, manufacturing, or beauty business.
● Able to both close deals and hold an office together.
● Organised and hands-on, comfortable in a role where responsibilities overlap.
● A clear communicator who keeps records and updates visible, rather than working out of their own head. Good command on English Language to manage international clients.
● Good with excel and adaptable to SaaS models.
