Active Directory - Bloodhound.
Role Overview The Senior AD Engineer will be responsible for designing, securing, and optimizing enterprise Active Directory environments. The role requires strong expertise in AD administration, identity security, and advanced attack‑path analysis using BloodHound.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer large‑scale Active Directory infrastructure, including domains, forests, and trust relationships.
Perform security assessments using BloodHound to identify attack paths, privilege escalation risks, and misconfigurations.
Implement remediation strategies for AD vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
Collaborate with IAM, cloud, and infrastructure teams to integrate AD with IGA platforms (e.g., Saviynt, ServiceNow).
Support automation initiatives for AD provisioning, group management, and policy enforcement.
Provide L3 support for AD incidents, troubleshooting replication, authentication, and GPO issues.
Document architecture, security findings, and remediation plans for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in Active Directory engineering in large enterprise environments.
Hands‑on expertise with BloodHound for AD security analysis and attack path visualization.
Strong knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, GPOs, DNS, and PKI integration.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for AD tasks.
Familiarity with IGA platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, etc.) and ServiceNow integration.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in AD and identity security.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and management audiences

Monitoring and Incident Detection-Analyse attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advance threats. Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection, to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.
Incident Handling and Analysis-Perform root cause analysis, create incident response plans and implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption
Threat Assessment and Analytics-Undertake forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures to align with compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance-"Liaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks.
Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance."
Training and Awareness-Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails.
