Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Home Loans to drive business growth and lead a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Home Loan sales, team handling, and business sourcing through open market channels, DSAs, builders, and referral networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve business targets.
* Generate Home Loan business through open market sourcing, DSAs, builders, connectors, and other channels.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and customers.
* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual Home Loan disbursement targets.
* Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, coaching, and field support.
* Conduct customer meetings and resolve product-related queries and service issues.
* Organize sales campaigns, loan melas, and promotional activities to increase business penetration.
* Track leads and ensure timely follow-up for maximum conversion and disbursement.
* Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
* Provide regular MIS reports and market feedback to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
* Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in Home Loan sales.
* Experience with Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Banks, NBFCs, or Mortgage Loan businesses preferred.
* Strong understanding of Home Loan sourcing, credit processes, and market dynamics.
