The platform leverages Hyperledger Fabric, cloud-native architecture, mobile applications, government dashboards, insurer integrations, and modern API-driven services to create a trusted ecosystem connecting governments, insurers, enforcement agencies, and citizens.
As we scale our engineering organization, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Domain SME / Regulatory Consultant to help implement insurance operations, business processes, policy lifecycle management, and business & technology teams on insurance-related requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary insurance domain expert for business, product, and technology teams.
- Advise stakeholders on insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Define, review, and validate insurance-related business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business and regulatory requirements.
- Review product features and requirements from an insurance and compliance perspective.
- Identify compliance and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Support requirement gathering, stakeholder workshops, and business discussions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and guide their impact.
- Assist with process documentation, compliance reviews, and business validation activities.
- Support testing and validation of insurance-related workflows and solutions.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, business processes, and policy lifecycle management.
- Deep knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience working with insurance products, workflows, and operational processes.
- Experience advising business and technology teams on insurance-related requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and provide expert-level guidance.
