We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and expand our poultry business. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with poultry farmers, wholesalers, distributors, traders, and commercial buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and generate sales for live poultry birds.
- Visit poultry farms, dealers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Travel extensively within assigned territories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Poultry, FMCG, Feed, Veterinary, Agriculture, or related industry preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license with own vehicle preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
