Job Description:
- Calculate RCC and civil work quantities for billing purposes.
- Responsible for the study of BOQ(Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
- Prepare and cross-check bar bending schedules using certified drawings.
- Study and analyze architectural and structural drawings to calculate quantities.
- Check and certify quantities with the client’s engineer.
- Finalize measurement books and submit them to clients.
- Utilize AUTOCAD software to generate layouts with 2D and 3D drafting and work out quantities for measurement.
- Prepare estimates for monthly forecasting and budgeting of subcontractor bills.
Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
