Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for leading overall business operations, driving growth, managing budgets, and ensuring organizational goals are achieved through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Oversee daily operations and business performance.
Develop and execute business strategies.

Lead and develop department heads and teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
10+ years of management experience, including senior leadership roles.
