Helpline Groups is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and operations teams
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service completion
Provide accurate information about company services and processes
Requirements
Proven experience as a Customer Relation Executive or similar role.
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
