We are looking for a Client Service Associate to manage customer interactions and support day-to-day client communication. The role involves handling incoming calls, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage incoming customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams
- Maintain customer records and call logs
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, and service requests
- Handle complaints politely and ensure timely resolution
- Support customer retention and relationship building
- Assist in basic documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
- Customer-friendly and patient approach
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Organized and responsible attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
