ob Summary
We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.
The ideal candidate should have good Hindi communication skills, basic English communication ability, a positive attitude, and strong convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Communicate with Hindi-speaking customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and online enquiries.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Update customer details and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Build good relationships with customers through regular follow-up.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
Required Skills
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, BPO Sales, Customer Support Sales, or Business Development can apply.
- Candidates who have handled North Indian / Hindi-speaking customers will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent Hindi communication and sales interest may also be considered.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
