We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decisions by analyzing sales, inventory, production, procurement, and customer data. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and reporting tools to provide meaningful insights that improve operational efficiency and profitability. The role focuses on transforming business data into actionable insights for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Monitor inventory movement and stock aging.
- Analyze production efficiency, dispatch performance, and order fulfillment.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Create Power BI dashboards for Sales, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Production.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify business trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Production, Accounts, and HR teams.
- Automate reports using Excel formulas, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Maintain KPI dashboards for management review.
- Assist in ERP data analysis and report automation.
