We are looking for a responsible and energetic Dining Hall Supervisor to oversee daily dining hall operations and ensure students receive a clean, safe, and pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dining hall activities during meal service.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food service operations.
- Monitor food service quality and student satisfaction.
- Handle student feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and institutional guidelines.
- Maintain discipline and a positive dining environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in food service, catering, hospitality, hostel, or institutional dining.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to manage teams and work during peak meal hours.
