Wanted: Machineshop Production Manager / Production Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of machine shop production activities.
- Planning and achieving daily/monthly production targets.
- Managing CNC, VMC, HMC and conventional machining operations.
- Optimizing manpower, machine utilization, and productivity.
- Ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Leading and mentoring the production team.
- Maintaining safety and compliance within the shop floor.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
