Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Complete syllabus within the prescribed timeline.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes.
- Analyze examination results and prepare action plans for improvement.
- Encourage participation in mathematics-related competitions and activities.
- Maintain mathematics laboratory materials and resources (if applicable).
- Plan and deliver Physics lessons effectively in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and lesson plans.
- Conduct practical experiments, demonstrations, and assessments to enhance students' understanding of scientific concepts.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and examinations, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Maintain laboratory discipline, ensure the safe use of equipment, and create an engaging learning environment.
- Complete the syllabus on time, provide academic support to students, communicate progress to parents, and participate in school activities and meetings.
Skills Required:
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics
- Good communication and explanation skills
- Practical lab handling experience
- Classroom management and student mentoring ability
Qualification:
- Post Graduate in Physics (M.Sc.) with B.Ed.
- Teaching experience preferred
