Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Support Executive for our Diamond Back Office operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer coordination, order follow-up, sales support, client communication, and maintaining accurate records related to diamond jewellery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team, production team, and dispatch department regarding customer orders.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.
- Provide updates to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
- Support billing, invoice checking, tagging details, and documentation work.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when required.
- Ensure proper coordination between the showroom, backend, and customers.
- Prepare daily reports, pending lists, and customer feedback records.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Assist in after-sales service coordination.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
