Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect potential retail clients within the assigned territory. Develop a strategic sales plan to target key accounts and achieve sales targets. Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person meetings to present company products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address client pain points and drive value. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and assistance to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on company product offerings, features, and updates. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for retail clients to showcase the benefits and functionalities of company solutions. Address client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and guidance as needed.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the retail sector. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to support product development and enhancement efforts. Identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation based on market demands.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines using CRM tools. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and objectives. Collaborate with sales management to analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the payments or financial services industry with minimum 8 – 15 years of experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and applications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
