Job Title: Head – Student Success
Location: Kolkata
Work Schedule: 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off | All Sundays Off
Salary: ₹6–15 LPA (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head – Student Success to lead our Counseling and Student Support teams. The role involves driving operational excellence, improving student experience, managing cross-functional coordination, and building scalable processes across the student lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the Student Counseling and Support teams.
* Manage team performance, productivity, and quality through dashboards and MIS.
* Coordinate with Marketing, Tech, Academics, Finance, and Operations teams.
* Oversee CRM processes, lead management, and counseling effectiveness.
* Ensure timely resolution of student queries and deliver an excellent support experience.
* Improve sales processes, team training, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
* Support new program launches by enabling the counseling team with product knowledge and sales readiness.
* Analyze data and recommend process improvements to enhance conversions and student satisfaction.
Eligibility
* Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
* At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 12+ members.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, Student Success, or Operations leadership is preferred.
* EdTech experience is not mandatory.
