We are looking for a highly execution oriented AI GTM Specialist who can build and operate modern outbound
growth engines using AI tools, enrichment platforms and multichannel outreach systems.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing, building and optimising AI powered go to market programs for B2B clients.
This includes ICP identification, account research, contact enrichment, hyper personalised outreach, email
infrastructure management, campaign execution, lead qualification and performance reporting.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys building systems rather than managing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
AI GTM Strategy & Execution
- Build targeted outbound GTM programs for B2B clients Define ICPs, buyer personas and account selection
criteria Create account prioritisation frameworks using intent and firmographic signals Design multichannel
outreach journeys across email and LinkedIn Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data
Lead Intelligence & Research
- Use Clay to build enrichment workflows and prospect databases Research company signals, hiring trends,
technology stack and growth indicators Identify trigger events and intent signals Create AI driven prospect
intelligence briefs Maintain high quality lead databases
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Execute personalised outbound email campaigns Build and manage email sequences using Smartlead, Instantly
or similar tools Write and optimise email copy for open rates, reply rates and conversions Conduct A/B testing
across messaging, offers and sequences Monitor campaign performance and improve results
Email Deliverability
- Set up and manage outbound email infrastructure Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC records Manage domain
rotation and inbox reputation Monitor deliverability metrics and spam placement Maintain inbox placement
above industry benchmarks
LinkedIn Automation
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns Manage automation platforms such as HeyReach Build account based
outreach sequences Coordinate email and LinkedIn touchpoints
Automation & RevOps
- Build workflow automations using Zapier, Make or n8n Integrate CRM systems such as HubSpot Maintain data
quality and lead routing processes Create reporting dashboards and campaign tracking
Analytics & Optimisation
- Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution Measure reply rates, meeting rates and conversion
metrics Generate weekly and monthly performance reports Recommend optimisation opportunities based on
data
Required Experience
- 2 to 5 years experience in B2B lead generation or outbound growth marketing Minimum 2 years hands on
experience running outbound email campaigns Strong experience using Clay for lead enrichment and research
Experience with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo or similar outbound tools Understanding of email deliverability best
practices Experience with LinkedIn outreach automation platforms Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
systems Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent written English and business communication
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in AI, SaaS or technology companies Knowledge of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude and
Gemini Experience building GTM systems for US and UK markets Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Apollo and
enrichment providers Experience with workflow automation tools
Success Metrics
- Number of qualified prospects identified Campaign reply rate Positive response rate Meeting booking rate
Trial signups generated Lead to opportunity conversion rate Email deliverability and inbox placement

are comfortable working independently, solving problems and taking ownership of outcomes. You are equally
comfortable analysing data, configuring technical tools and writing outreach messages.
This is a builder role, not a coordinator role.
