Job Summary
We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Supervisor (Ex-Army preferred) to oversee factory security operations, manage guards, and ensure safety compliance across the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all security personnel (guards, gate staff)
- Ensure strict access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Monitor housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness standards
- Maintain proper records of daily gate in/out of materials
- Conduct regular security rounds and audits of factory premises
- Handle emergency situations (fire, theft, safety breach)
- Maintain daily security reports and incident logs
- Train security staff in discipline, safety, and emergency response
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Background: Ex-Serviceman (Army preferred)
- Experience: 5–15 years (security supervision experience preferred)
- Age: 35–50 years (flexible for strong candidates)
- Strong leadership and discipline
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Education
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Additional certifications in security/fire safety will be an advantage
Preferred Profile
- Retired Havildar / Subedar / JCO level
- Experience in industrial / factory security
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
