Job Title: PPC Engineer (Production Planning & Control)
Job Summary:
Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure the timely manufacture and delivery of valves while optimizing resources, inventory, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor production plans based on customer orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Track production progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Maintain production schedules in ERP/MRP systems.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels and production efficiency.
Qualification: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 3–8 years in PPC within the valve, pump, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
Skills: Production planning, ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, production scheduling, MS Excel, coordination, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
