We are looking for a vibrant and motivated Travel Consultant (Telecaller) to join our Tour & Travels team. You will be the first point of contact for clients looking to plan their dream vacations and trips. Key Responsibilities: * Travel Consulting: Call potential leads to understand their travel requirements (destinations, budget, and dates). Package Promotion: Explain various domestic and international tour packages to clients. * Booking Assistance: Assist clients with itinerary details, hotel options, and transport arrangements. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to confirm bookings and handle payments. Target Achievement: Aim to convert inquiries into memorable travel experiences for our customers.
