L6– Quality Control Manager
The Quality Manager (QM) Services will be responsible for setting Quality standards ( SOP’s / Check list / Handing over document etc) for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing ( MEP) activities of Titan retail network expansion covering all brands.
HVAC
The QM Services also involve implementation of detailed audits covering Site data reports ( SDR) / Design full kits ( Design detailing / BOQs etc) / WIP projects / Handing over process including testing & commissioning of equipment and providing project wise score cards.
The QM services need to identify the gaps / root cause analysis & provide solutions to resolve the issues & also track the repeatability & develop the training module for conducting sessions ( On / Off site) to all stakeholders (both internal / external)
The QM services along with Quality team to ensure the Quality scores are constantly improving in project delivery to achieve the Brand standards / enhancing the customer experience levels
Practical experience at the site
The QM services also part of CFT to identify / select / implement new technology / product in (advance equipment selection) HVAC, Lights, FAS, CCTV etc.

Work Experience
Mechanical Engineer,
6-8 relevant experience
in Retail / Commercial / high end residential project companies. Effective communication, Team work, Adaptability and willing to go extra mile to achieve results Thorough knowledge in Electrical, lighting design, HVAV, Ventilation and Plumbing services. Good understanding / Exposure in setting up project activities including key eye for detailing / quality output. Leading / Managing large teams of stakeholders to achieve desired results.
